Wine Tours of Kent offer guided tours exploring the Kent countryside to discover some of England's award winning Vineyards and wineries. We offer Wine Tours & Brewery Tours to cater for the curious right up to wine buffs alike. Tours include Transport, Vineyard, Brewery and Winery tours, tutored wine, or beer tastings and lunch.

As 2024 draws to a close and before the Christmas madness kicks off, we thought we’d look back at some of the highlights of our year. We’re raising a (English) glass to an incredible year of wine-filled adventures, unforgettable experiences, and exciting milestones for our team! It’s impossible to list them all so here’s a look back at just some of the highlights that made this year so special:

✨ Featured in the press! We’re thrilled Wine Tours of Kent has been showcased in numerous national newspapers and wine publications.

🎥 Content filming with Visit Kent - capturing the beauty of Kent’s vineyards and helping to spread the word of our mission to make them assessable to everyone through our tours.

🍇 Vineyard visits and wine tastings - from our existing amazing partner vineyards, to new up and coming vineyards that we can’t wait to work with. Every visit is a pleasure! Watch this space for new vineyards for 2025!

We’ve gained lots of new followers recently, so we thought it’s time to reintroduce ourselves! A big hello to all our new followers - we’re so glad you’re here for the journey! 🍾

We’re Wine Tours of Kent and we specialise in unforgettable days exploring the very best of Kent’s vineyards. 🍇

Working with nearly 30 stunning vineyards, ranging from big names to off the beaten track smaller vineyards. We take you on a journey through the Garden of England, where you’ll sip award-winning wines, soak in beautiful views, and learn the fascinating stories behind English wine production.

Our founder Abi spent much of her 20’s in Australian Vineyards, visiting different wineries across the country every month, she found an appreciation for wine and how it is made. After returning home to Kent, local to many of the wineries, Abi thought why not try and book on a tour to discover some of Kent’s wineries that were right on her doorstep. With no luck in finding a local tour with transport, she visited all the of the wineries signing up her other half as the designated driver.
Abi realised there was a huge gap in the market for people wanting to visit the wineries and sample the wines without having the hassle of finding transport… And so ‘Wine Tours of Kent’ was born! 🥂

What to expect on a tour with us-

🍇 Visits to 2-3 vineyards, where you’ll enjoy tastings and meet the owners and winemakers.
🍴 A delicious pub or vineyard lunch to refuel in between tastings.
🚐 Stress-free transport including pick up and drop offs, so you can sit back and sip without a care.
🍷 A friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, sharing insights about Kent’s incredible wine scene.

We offer private and shared tours all year round! Perfect for celebrations, corporate days, or just treating yourself to a unique day out. We also offer ‘in-house tastings’ where we bring the wines to you at your venue of choice, whether it be your home or local accommodation! 🍷

A round up of our visit to @vineyardmaggb Vineyard & Winery Show 2024 yesterday! What a day we had 🥂

Some of the team were lucky enough to attend and enjoy a day of discovering all things English vineyards and sampling many of the fantastic English wines on offer. 🍾🥂

We enjoyed seminars from @winegb and heard their exciting future plans for the industry. A highlight of the day was the insightful and entertaining tasting from @matthewjukes, where we tasted 6 of his chosen English wines. Two of our partner Kent vineyards featured, @biddendenvineyard with their Gewürztraminer and @warehornevineyard with their Divico 👏🏻

It’s not everyday you get to be in a zoo at night! 🦒🦍

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a corporate in-house tasting at @portlympnepark in their elegant Orangery 🌿

The tasting was the perfect start to the groups evening, followed by a delicious dinner in stunning surroundings. We even had a fun game of ‘Spot the Champagne’ to test the groups English wine knowledge🍾

We’re thrilled to continue our mission of sharing the magic of Kent wine and championing the ever-growing English wine industry. And what fun we are having while we do it! 🥂🥂
